For Sale is an excellent example of the Panerai Luminor 1950 8 Days GMT Dot Dial PAM00233. First introduced in 2006, this Panerai was an important model for the brand, being the first featuring an entirely in-house movement, developed and executed within Neûchatel.
Within its 44mm stainless steel case is the P.2002, an 8 Day manual-wind powerhouse, great structural strength, GMT function and 24-hour indicator.
This particular example is infamously known as the "Dot Dial", with its GMT day/night indicator located within the sub-dial. In 2008, this feature was replaced with an "AM-PM" indicator, hence giving this particular model scarcity and "collector" status.
Complete with original box & papers, original UK purchase receipt and service history with Panerai, this PAM233 has excellent provenance and keeps time superbly.
