For Sale is an excellent example of the Panerai Submersible 1950 Depth Gauge, reference PAM00193. Introduced in 2007 within the "special instruments" collection, this model features a 47mm 1950 Submersible case with a thickness of 22.75mm.
The black dial is fitted with tritium markers, date and the depth gauge complication, powered separately from the automatic movement with a METAS autonomous electrical/battery operated function. The depth gauge module is mounted to the case back & consists of a pressure transducer, a microprocessor & a micro-motor to move the hand which indicates the depth.
The automatic movement is the OP XV, with a power reserve of 42 hours and COSC certified.
In excellent condition throughout, this model shows very light signs of wear and comes complete with original box & papers with a 24 month warranty. A video condition review is available upon request.
